Cloud Administration
Here at Rogue Matrix IT, we can handle all your “Cloud Administration” needs.
We are an authorized reseller of all Microsoft 365 products. It is our recommendation that all clients or staff to be equipped with M365 Business Premium licenses. With this license each user will gain access to all Microsoft apps which include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and OneNote. Included with the M365 business Premium license is OneDrive (1TB of storage), Exchange Online Plan 1 (50GB mailbox size), Microsoft Teams for business, SharePoint (1TB organization + 10Gb for each licensed user), and Intune device management for workstation and mobile devices.
Popular add on products can include:
- Teams Phone (we can connect our VoIP services to Teams to allow transition from office phone to mobile phone or vice versa).
- Exchange Online Plan 2 (100GB mailbox) for those users who need a bigger mailbox.
- Microsoft Visio or Microsoft Project for individual users
Email - M365 Exchange Online
We handle all Exchange Online administration needs by monitoring each user mailbox settings, password, MFA, permissions, etc., creating and maintaining all distribution groups and shared mailboxes with permissions, email spam filtering settings, email encryption for securing personal data, archiving any old mailboxes, and EMAIL MIGRATIONS. If you need or want to move your email server from an old on-premises Exchange server to the Cloud, we handle that! We can handle migrations from any environment (GoDaddy, Google, etc.) to M365 Exchange Online (accessible anytime/anywhere).
Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
We work with you to implement Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for your organization’s needs. These products are great for in-office messaging between users or groups, file collaboration on individual files or company files, video conferencing, and storing/syncing workstation files. These programs work together along with all other Office apps, and when tied together with Intune, can be implemented when a new device is enrolled.
